Job Description
- Responsible for the sales and marketing activity for Hydraulic and Factory Automation based in Jakarta.
- Achieving established goals.
- Support distribution channels to achieve sales growth.
- Provide Pre & Post-sales support to local partners (lead, contact, joint visit, complains, etc.)
- Manage partner commitments, including sales forecast and payment collection.
- To gain market information and undertake market studies and communicate it with Sales Manager.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Liaise with ordering team.
- Regular and periodic traveling might be required.
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical//Mechatronic).
- Min. 4 years of experience in sales for Agriculture industrial / Heavy Equipment / Power Plant / Marine sector / Pulp & Paper / Construction, Mining.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Having knowledge in hydraulics part, hydraulic system, Factory Automation and mechanical would be highly beneficial.
- A self-starter and independent thinker.
- Maintain a positive attitude, initiative and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to exercise good judgement and take initiatives.
- Understanding on the industries, customers, and distribution channel/distributor management
- Willing to travel frequently.
- Willing to working independently.
- Resides in Jabodetabek area.
