Job Description

  • Handling and managing all sort of legal, contractual dispute matters of Company
  • Assisting company for making standard contract templates in coordination with Contracts department
  • Making/ Reviewing contractual notices, special contracts, etc.
  • Handling and managing court cases/ arbitration cases and other similar legal cases by coordinating with specialized lawyers/ law firms as and when required
  • Acquiring and maintaining company legal documents/ permits. etc.

  • Qualification: Degree in Law/ Specialization in construction is added advantage
  • Should be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia language.
  • Should have minimum 9-10 years industry experience, with related experience in Construction Company.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Should have thorough knowledge of laws and regulations regarding corporates/ construction etc.
  • Should be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative in completing tasks.
  • Should be able to manage team and team spirit in the interest of Company's business.
