Responsibilities
- Handling the operation for receiving orders, arranging booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs clearance, settlement and other related matters.
- Managing the production of shipping import and export documents and other related documents.
- Responsible for the management of accounts receivable (AR), account payable (AP) in timely manner.
- Responsible for daily document arrangement and filing.
- Tracking and processing all of cargo abnormalities, and all kinds of daily operation problems.
- Bachelor degree.
- 1+ years experience in handling freight forwarding, especially in terms of documentation and operation.
- Good customer service experience.
- Highly sense of responsibility.
- Fully proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
